Top video is day 6, the first time I did this workout. The bottom is today, day 44, the 6th time I did it. Obviously my outsides have changed, but more impressive is what is going on inside. I’m stronger, I have more endurance, I no longer have to modify any of the moves, and in week 6 you do the moves 6 times each, not just four!! . I don’t celebrate changes in inches and pounds, I evaluate my progress based on how much harder and for how longer I am able to go. Non scale victories for days!! D
