HIDDEN JUNCTION BOXES: A CODE VIOLATION YOU CAN'T SEE ⚠️ This is one of the most dangerous things I find during inspections. A junction box is where electrical wires connect. By code, every junction box MUST be accessible—meaning you can reach it without removing drywall or insulation. When a box is buried behind drywall, it's a fire and shock hazard waiting to happen.
