As an U.S. Army Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting your fellow Soldiers progress through their Army careers by providing them information about promotions and future trainings. Through your job as a Human Resources Specialist, you will learn all aspects of business administration, performance management, and employee relations. Because of this specialized training, you will also be able to work toward 13 nationally recognized certifications available to your field.
