Day 4: 24 days of Thinktank exhibits. Today we share this tin-foil chocolate-wrapping machine, manufactured in Birmingham and used at Cadbury’s Bournville factory after 1918. It represents a significant step in automating chocolate production. Prior to its introduction, chocolates were wrapped entirely by hand.
