Split Tabletop - Pelvic Floor Exercise
This exercise helps strengthen your pelvic floor and hips. 1. Lay on the floor on your back and bring your knees up to 90° 2. Squeeze your inner thighs together for 1-2 seconds. 3. Let your legs lower towards the floor. 4. Using your inner thighs, pull your knees back together and squeeze for 1-2 seconds. 5. Repeat 10x.
